Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, contact details and message. We use them only to answer you and to handle a resulting order. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months unless an order requires longer retention for legal reasons.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or track individuals, to count visits. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: until you accept, no analytics cookies are stored.

Cookies and storage

With consent: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), up to 14 months. Without consent: your consent choice and your selection of pieces are stored in your browser's local storage; they never leave your device unless you send an enquiry.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
