Yassiıağaç Wood Block
DA-0302 · Anatolia
Handled wooden boards, worn smooth by use, lean together in an upright pile in this Yassiıağaç block. The timber is reclaimed from Anatolia and left as found, with no sanding or sealing, so grain and handling marks remain. Stacked edge to edge, they build a layered, tactile surface. Leaned against a wall, they work as an informal sculpture in an entrance hall, a restaurant or a studio. Boards are supplied as part of a grouped collection order; each one varies.
